PLEASE NOTE: For the present, while Federal tax forms are still available at public libraries, State of Maine tax forms and property tax & rent refund applications are no longer available in this way.

Federal forms may be picked up on the Library’s second floor in the reference area. If you need help finding a form, please ask the person at the reference desk
