Digital Literacy: Email Basics

This in-person workshop is for those who are new to using email or want to build more confidence using email.  The email training will use Gmail, one of the most common email platforms.  Learners will create a Gmail account if they don't already have one.  (If learners already have a Gmail account, please remember to bring your password to class, along with your cell phone if two-step verification is set up.)  Participants will also learn how to perform basic email functions, such as sending, receiving, and replying to email; and how to recognize and deal with spam, organize and delete emails, and search for messages.

This program will take place in the Computer Lab on the 2nd floor.  Space is limited, so registration is required using the form below.
