Health and Wellness Book Club, Feb. 15

Are you interested in learning new ways to keep your mind and body healthy through
books, videos, articles, friendly conversation, and practice? Are you open to exploring
new information about health and wellness, including topics such as meditation,
nutrition, spirituality, self-improvement, personal and professional development,
finances, exercise, happiness, alternative healing, and time management? The Health &
Wellness Book Club is intended to be a fun, collaborative, judgement-free space for
anyone interested in learning more about themselves, improving their lives, and sharing
their knowledge and experiences with others.
