Black Out by Robison Wells

A book review by Clarissa Estrada

Having superpowers would be cool, right?

Wrong.

Not when the government wants to make use of them — hunt them down and catch them all, with intent to find out just how far their powers can go. Until a new group rises up.

A group of teens use their abilities to crush government sites, and spell out ‘danger’ in everyone’s mind.

Suddenly, experimenting with their powers doesn’t seem as important anymore. Now, they need to use them to their advantage. So they give them a choice: work for us, or die.
