Teens! Fitness Friday, Jan. 25
Teens are invited to stop by the Androscoggin Room between 3-4 pm January 25 for Fitness Friday.
Rounding out our month-long exploration of fitness, we will conclude the series today with Physical Fitness. After a brief discussion about what it means to be physically fit, we will offer up a little bit of yoga and/or dance.
This program is just for teens, ages 12-18 and will include a healthy snack!
