Meditating on Nature’s Wisdom, July 26 via Zoom

The natural world has so much to teach us about daily living if we practice mindfulness and stillness. From the plant life to the natural landscape, there are many lessons that enhance our emotional and physical wellbeing. Join Martin Gagnon, a certified Meditation and Mindfulness instructor, as he leads nature-based meditations and chronicles some of the science behind Forest Bathing.  No meditation experience is necessary.
