Welcome back…here come the birds! (via Zoom), May 12

Spring is the time to welcome back migratory birds as they use our region for breeding or as part of a flyway as they head further north for the season.  This talk, presented by Jeri Maurer, President of the Stanton Bird Club, will focus on some of the birds that you may see and hear as you step outside.

The Stanton Bird Club has been actively engaged in conservation work and nature education for adults and children for over 100 years. The Club will soon be celebrating the 100th anniversary of Thorncrag Nature Sanctuary, a 450-acre preserve located in Lewiston.

This program will take place via Zoom and registration is required. Register online here – or email dwallace@auburnpubliclibrary.org.  Registrants will be emailed the Zoom link on May 12, the day of the program.
