Kids
The Auburn Public Library Children’s Department is a place for kids to learn, grow, and explore. Our collection offers books, audiobooks, DVDs, Playaways, Wonderbooks, and online resources to the youth of our community, infants to age 12, and their parents/caregivers.
Upcoming Events
To kick off the 2024 Lewiston/Auburn Read, APL is hosting a collaborative art project with LPL.
Story Time is a fun session of storytelling, singing, and crafting. This activity is best suited for children aged between 3 to 5 years and siblings are more than welcome to participate. No prior registration is needed.
Stop by APL for an enjoyable and engaging lap-sit program designed for babies, toddlers, and their caregivers. Siblings are also welcome to participate.
The APL Bookstore Clearance Sale is here! With over a thousand books there is something for everyone. Fill your bag for only $1.00.
We have all the LEGOs and space you need, just bring your imagination. Please note that this program is not suitable for very young children due to small pieces presenting a choking hazard. Registration is not required.
