Birds of a Feather

As spring shines its warm sun rays on our cold landscape, birds will start their journey back north, bringing their bright colors and beautiful songs. Join AVSWCD Project Director Emma Lorusso to investigate birds through feathers, eggs, nests, and beaks. We will learn about different birds by exploring their beak shapes and sizes, building nests of our own, reading a story, and participating in other games and activities. Maybe we'll get to see some birds from watching the bird feeder outside!
