Cancelled due to lack of interest.  If this is something you would like us to offer in the future, please call the Reference Desk as below.  Thank you.

With online content, we have a constant flow of information as well as misinformation. In this class
we will look at ways to determine “real” news from “fake” news and then discover how to find the
news & information you want using Blogs, Podcasts, online publications, and much more.

This program will take place in our Computer Lab.  Registration is required and you may do so by completing the form below or by calling the Reference Desk at 207-333-6640, ext. 4.

This program is offered via a partnership with the National Digital Equity Center (NDEC).  If this is your first time taking a class via NDEC, you must complete a one-time enrollment form.  To do so, go to https://digitalequitycenter.org/classes/enroll/ or stop by the Reference Desk to pick up an enrollment form.
