Children in grades 1–6 are invited to listen to a reading of the Chickadee Award-nominated book, Ice Cream Man: How Augustus Jackson made a Sweet Treat Better, by Glenda Armand. Participants will then measure, pour, and shake ingredients like crazy to make their own delicious ice cream. Please note, this recipe may contain potential allergens. Please bring mittens.
