April's meeting of The Pickwick Club has been changed to Saturday, April 29, from 2-4 p.m. and will take place via Zoom.

 

The Pickwick Club is a reading and appreciation group devoted to Charles Dickens and his contemporaries, as well as modern day outtakes on Dickens, cultural histories of the era, biographies of the great Victorians, and anything else about the Victorian era!

This month, we will be discussing The Newcomes by William Makepeace Thackeray, Vol. 1, Chapters 1-26.  The discussion will be moderated by Debby Bliss Bujnocki.

Meetings are held bi-monthly, on Saturdays, in the Conference Room.
