Join Eve Fralick on her travels to the Far East.  Highlights include hiking a centuries-old pilgrimage in Japan; visiting a cherry blossom festival and the 38 parallel in South Korea; and climbing the Great Wall of China.

Eve has backpacked around the world, off the beaten path where few others venture.  She documents her adventures in travelogues and presents them at libraries, schools, and to civic groups.

This program will take place in two parts, on March 23 and 30, and it will be in person, in the Androscoggin Community Room.  For this particular program, registration is required.  To register, either click the link below or call the Reference Desk at 207-333-6640, ext. 4.

This presentation, part of a spring series entitled Senior College in the Community, is made possible by a partnership with Senior College at USM Lewiston-Auburn College.  Lewiston-Auburn Senior College has a long-standing relationship with community partners.  In addition to this program, Senior College offers in person, Zoom, and hybrid enrichment classes.  For more information about Senior College, visit usm.maine.edu/seniorcollege.
