Have you ever wanted to try computer coding? Join children's library staff for an Hour of Code. The Hour of Code is an introduction to computer science through fun activities for learners of all skill levels.

APL's Playgroup is a delightful playtime for children aged 5 and under. We'll provide a safe and enjoyable play space with plenty of toys. It's a great opportunity to make new friends while having fun.

Library friends of all ages are welcome to drop into the children's room to design a button to pin to your shirt or backpack. We'll provide the materials you'll need, and teach you how to use the button press. One button per person, please.

Try your hand at making Oobleck, a non-Newtonain fluid. Is it a liquid or a solid? You be the judge. Supplies are limited so please register. 

Create your own passport adventure. Fill out a passport booklet with postage stamps from around the world. Stamps donated by Doug Rogers and the Waterville Stamp Club. This project is best for school-aged children.
