Program Description
Event Details
May is Mental Health Awareness Month! We’ll be taking the time to create a dedicated mindfulness practice – but what does that look like? Each session, we will try a new activity that encourages creativity and introspection using exercises from the Yellow Tulip Project’s “Your Daily Creative Practice” program.
Participants will be given a logbook during our introductory meeting that will be used every meeting. Art supplies will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own. Please plan to attend each session as each session will build off of each other.
Today, we will take time to observe and reflect on growth. If weather permits, we will meet in the Teen Space and then move to the Library lawn.
