Are you looking to decrease stress and improve your ability to focus in a clear, calm, and connected way?

Join Tisha Bremner from Insightful Workplace Solutions, a Nationally-Board Certified Health and Well-Being Coach and Mindfulness Trainer for this practice-based educational series.  Learn how applying the techniques and attitudinal qualities of mindfulness can enable you to make positive lifestyle changes and feel more centered.

This evidence-based program will help you to incorporate MBSR in your life by engaging in simple practices with intention and ease.  Feel calmer, think more clearly, and enjoy life in a more present way.

Program topics will include:

  1. Introduction to simple awareness;
  2. attention and the brain;
  3. Dealing with Thoughts
  4. Dealing with Stress
  5. Dealing with Difficult Emotions
  6. Mindful Movement and Yoga
  7. Mindful Listening and Communication
  8. Developing an Ongoing Practice

Tisha is a transformational leadership trainer and corporate well-being coach. She works with organizations throughout the country to develop motivating leadership practices, improve management critical people skills, build collaborative teams, and enhance workplace well-being. She offers educational training, individual coaching, and motivational talks. Your trusted people partner in engaging employees and building a thriving workplace culture.

This program will take place over 8 weeks on Mondays, from January 22 through March 11, and will run from 6:30-7:30 p.m.  Please plan to attend all 8 sessions. Sessions will take place via Zoom and registration is required. The Zoom link will be emailed to you on the date of the first session, January 22.
